Ascendent, LLC considers its personnel to be the backbone of the company, and in support of that, they receive significant compensation above the norm. Ascendent, LLC is able to provide this degree of compensation by keeping overhead and general infrastructure expenses low.
This philosophy also allows Ascendent, LLC to pass on competitive rates to the client, thus assuring a “Best Value”.
Ascendent, LLC salaries are based on attitude, teamwork, years of experience, type of expertise, and the level of education. We do believe that life and job experiences count, and take this into consideration when determining a salary level.
BENEFITS
Ascendent, LLC sponsors a 401(k) plan that allows investment in a variety of well performing funds. Our company contributes an amount equal to 8% of the employee’s gross income each pay period, including overtime pay. The company’s contribution is profit sharing rather than matching, and this contribution is made regardless of any amount personally contributed by the employee. Employees may also contribute to the 401(k) plan, up to the maximum amount allowed by law.
Ascendent, LLC offers employee paid time off (PTO) in the form of a bi-weekly accrual of 5.23 PTO hours, equal to 136 hours annually. All hours are placed into a PTO “Bank” so that the employees are entitled to use them to honor the holidays they deem fit (under the discretion of the client).
Ascendent, LLC offers enrollment in a nationwide Group Health Plan. Coverage applies anywhere in the continental United States where the employee may be assigned by Ascendent, LLC. Benefits are effective the first of the month following the hire date.
